The other day, I did.
It didn't happened on that day, more of it was like accumulated.
I just wanted to be alone...
I went out myself, watch a movie, shopped and ate alone.
I felt great after that.
I watched 'Make it big big'.
It was an average SG film, but it taught me to never give up whenever one has setback.
I felt connected to the movie instantly that day. Crazy isn't it...
Packed some sushi home as well, it was awesome, I finished them all myself. Haha
Before reaching home, I felt as though I have healed myself.
That day was well spent. It was awesome.
What I wanted to say was, give yourself some alone time.
Spend money on yourself, love your yourself.
Get some alone time to recharge.

Year 2011, 16 year old me.
Still studying in a Secondary School.
Immature and many more like how a 16 would be.

1. Listen to adults' advice
2. Be really hardworking
3. Work hard, play hard
4. Be more open and make more friends
5. Read more!
TO ANY 16 YEAR OLD OUT THERE!
You're still young, be willing to fail and grow! Experience more of life by travelling, reading and trying new things, explore what's your passion.
I believe getting to know yourself more is really important, know what you really wants in the future and explore many options.
To the 16 yo me, thanks for being yourself. Without you, without me now. 💋

If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time?
That probably means I have an extra of 6-8 hours a day. Which, accumulates to 42 hours a week, 180 hours a month. Also equals to an extra week for a average human being.
I probably work my ass off & get myself a week holiday each month.
That being said, I really want to go for a holiday right nowwwwwww.
Bucket list for 2019:
1. Bungee Jumping
2. Get out of my comfort zone!
I want to kick off my fears and try it before turning 24 next year. Or something similar to bungee jumping, but still being alive. Ha!
An anti-bucket list: the things you hope to never do before you die.
1. Not putting my best effort into something I want.
2. To regret something that I've done.
3. Not being able to bring my love ones to holiday.
4. Seeing someone younger than me passing away.
5. Not being able to travel around the world.
6. Not being able to give back to the community.
7. Not being able to help someone when they needed my help.
8. Eating food that are disgusting to me.
9. People being unhappy about me.
10. Not being able to step out.

I'll be sharing how do I prepare them.
Disclaimer: haha, I cooked them anyhow, but they taste really good! ^.^

Broccoli mash w cherry tomatoes & cucumbers + Nato
Really easy for this one!
Method:
Simply just cut up the broc into small stalks.
Feed them into the blender in small batches & blend for 30-45 seconds.
Heat up a frying pan with some oil, pour the blended broc on to it,
stir-fry & seasoned with some pepper and salt.
Cherry tomatoes & cucumbers as garnish.
Cauliflower fried rice w sauted eggplant

This is really a good alternative to replace your rice & they really tasted GOOD!
Oh and also, I can't describe how much my love for EGGPLANTTT!
Method:
Cut up cauliflower into small stalks & blend for 10-15 seconds.
TIP: Not to blend for too long till it becomes a mash. A food processor would be great!
Cut up the eggplant into preferred sizes. Impt step, after cutting, soak them in salt water! This helps in maintaining the vibrant purple color. You can thank me later. ^.^
Cut up also ingredients like carrots, capsicum, etc (things that you'd like to add in)
Time to stir-fry everything tgt.
Drizzle oil on pan, add in the cauli, stir fry till its cooked, seasoned pepper & salt.
Add in the remaining ingredients and sir fry together & its done: Carrot & capsicum!
Last, stir fry the eggplant & seasoned them.
TIP: Start by a clean pan with no oil to avoid splattering. after 15-30 seconds of stirring, add oil.

Garnish: 1/2 tomato, drizzle honey over tomato.

Method for the broccoli soup:
Blend broccoli with good amount of water.
I also added in some protein powder to thicken up the soup.
Seasoned with pepper & salt to taste.

Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Diced capsicums
Diced cucumbers
Diced eggplants
Halved cherry tomatoes
Garnish with sweet peas.
Not so Vietnamese rolls
Ingredients:
The above & rice papers!
You can add anything you like.
I've included:
Cucumbers
Leek
Sliced mushrooms
Striped Chicken fillet
Carrots
Zucchini
Method:
Saute ingredients. Cucumber can be raw if you like.
Wet rice paper, place on plate, add ingredients, wrap it up.
EAT IT!
THAT'S FOR ALL!
If you realized, I literally saute everything, same cooking methods, same seasonings, same way for all.
Just different presentations & they tasted great as well as how they looked. 😉
