Howdy yall! πŸ˜‹

Be prepared with the blast of food photos. 
I'll be sharing how do I prepare them.
Disclaimer: haha, I cooked them anyhow, but they taste really good! ^.^
People can vouch for me. Tasty & fulfilling. πŸ˜€πŸ‘

Broccoli mash w cherry tomatoes & cucumbers + Nato  
Really easy for this one!
Method:
Simply just cut up the broc into small stalks.
Feed them into the blender in small batches & blend for 30-45 seconds. 
Heat up a frying pan with some oil, pour the blended broc on to it, 
stir-fry & seasoned with some pepper and salt.
Cherry tomatoes & cucumbers as garnish.

This is really a good alternative to replace your rice & they really tasted GOOD!
Oh and also, I can't describe how much my love for EGGPLANTTT!
Method:
Cut up cauliflower into small stalks & blend for 10-15 seconds.
TIP: Not to blend for too long till it becomes a mash. A food processor would be great!
Cut up the eggplant into preferred sizes. Impt step, after cutting, soak them in salt water! This helps in maintaining the vibrant purple color. You can thank me later. ^.^
Cut up also ingredients like carrots, capsicum, etc (things that you'd like to add in)
Time to stir-fry everything tgt.
Drizzle oil on pan, add in the cauli, stir fry till its cooked, seasoned pepper & salt. 
Add in the remaining ingredients and sir fry together & its done: Carrot & capsicum!
Last, stir fry the eggplant & seasoned them.
TIP: Start by a clean pan with no oil to avoid splattering. after 15-30 seconds of stirring, add oil.

Cooking style: Same as always
Garnish: 1/2 tomato, drizzle honey over tomato.

Broccoli soup with Macaroni w Saute eggplant, mushrooms & capsicums
 Method for the broccoli soup:
Blend broccoli with good amount of water. 
I also added in some protein powder to thicken up the soup.
Seasoned with pepper & salt to taste.
You can get the protein powder from me, if you like. You're welcome. :D

Chicken breast w Diced capsicums & cucumbers
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Diced capsicums
Diced cucumbers
Diced eggplants
Halved cherry tomatoes

Garnish with sweet peas. 


Not so Vietnamese rolls
Ingredients:
The above & rice papers!
You can add anything you like.
I've included:
Cucumbers
Leek
Sliced mushrooms
Striped Chicken fillet
Carrots
 Zucchini

Method:
Saute ingredients. Cucumber can be raw if you like.
Wet rice paper, place on plate, add ingredients, wrap it up.
EAT IT!

THAT'S FOR ALL!
If you realized, I literally saute everything, same cooking methods, same seasonings, same way for all. 
Just different presentations & they tasted great as well as how they looked. πŸ˜‰
